With a background as a Firefighter/Paramedic, I have a unique appreciation for health and wellness and the importance of maintaining a healthy balance of training and recovery in your daily life.  I bought my first CryoFit in August of 2019 and opened my second February 2021. The CryoFit team provided support for every aspect of my business and continues to support me today. This franchise has afforded me the opportunity to be successful and meet my financial goals.

Being a business owner is the one of the most empowering things I have ever done in my life. I spent years working hard, making money for someone else. Now, I wake up every day proud of the successful business I have grown, relieved to be working for myself, directing amazing employees, MY employees. There is no ceiling on the possibilities, put in the work, reap the benefits. I am able to run a business 7 days a week, pick my kids up every day from school, never missing a basketball game, practices, family dinners etc. I couldn’t ask for more.
